I hd this discussion today with my meta about what is deserving of undying or what creature cards would you like to see with undying?
For a literal sense, I think a creature like {black cat} should have undying 9, meaning it can keep coming back unless it has 9 +1/+1 counters.
For my own imagination, I would like to see {griselbrand} with undying. Sac him for life then get an 8/8 flyer with lifelink
I should not fear death because I already have undying 10000000000000000000000 and I only have one life left

I ticked off Chandra once. She had a friend give me a flaming arrow to the knee. that's back when I still had undying 1234567890. Now I'm down to 1234567777
