Illusion deck I just slapped together. Think
I'll whittle down some critters and add some card drawing.
Hmm.. Add more card draw? You've effectively have a lot of the good Illusions here.
I still need to play it to see what it needs, but I'd say that this deck tries to dump its hand fast an flood the table, so replenishing my hand would keep the creatures coming.

I think this deck works. Every time I try to make a suggestion it's already there.

This is the first I'm hearing of Cockatrice. I'll check it out.

The deck says 79 cards, 11 sideboard.
I would cut down to 60 then.
Oops, I forgot that the card count includes sideboard. I'm also a firm believer in not being chained to the 60 card dogma. ðŸ˜

I want to se how it runs, but it might need another {Island} or two. Thing is, it runs pretty aggro and it is for my multiplayer group. We'll see how she goes.

I would not bother with {mana leak} in a mono blue deck 4 {counterspell} all the way ;) I also like {ideas unbound} over some of your more expensive card drawing in here......you can cast the ideas, draw 3, and hopefully play em all so you don't have to discard any. Only other recommendation would be good ole {Snapcaster Mage} so you can rinse and repeat all those counters. I like that you have {time reversal} in here it is a good fit as well since you can dump your hand so quick.

Of course {Counterspell} trumps {Mana Leak}, but I didn't feel like digging them out. 😁
This is more just a goofy deck, but man when you can {Innundate} and {Time Reversal} back-to-back.... >:D
Edit: what I liked about this deck was the idea of a mono-blue aggro that I think is viable with the cheap illusions.
Is this from use your illusion 1 or 2.
