I tried draft today after my first fnm event ended and I ended up getting 3rd place in draft. Super happy with my mono green deck

I built a mono green with {wondering wolf} and {wolfir silverheart} and just ways to boost wondering up like {revenge of the hunted} and {blessings of nature} it worked really well. Also I ended up with a {craterhoof behemoth} revenge of the hunted silverheart and a foil {goldnight redeemer}
Yeah you got some bombs. That will make a draft go a lot better :)

Good job! I love drafting. Defienetely my favorite format. It seems like in avr blacks undervalued. Green seems to be the most popular next to red. I made a r/u human burn deck that worked like a charm! Love drafting haha!
I finally got my angel deck done but didn't do tell well against delver and snapcastor in fnm I played that same deck 3 rounds in a row and got a by on my 4th but I picked up a sigarda and another avaycn and a sun Titan for it so hopefully next week goes better. I'll try and post a deck list later today but as for now since my girlfriend let me play almost 10 hours of magic yesterday it's time to spend some time with her. Thanks for the support guys it means a lot.

So the thing you need to learn about draft is almost all the cards you think are bad for a normal deck are great in draft. You also want to create a lot of synergy in your deck because synergy is awesome. Examples: using {Emancipation Angel} to bounce a {Cathedral Sanctifier}
Using a ton of undying creatures like {Butcher Ghoul} with stuff like {Blood Artist} and {Bloodflow Connesiuer}
Or maybe because this is avacyn restored just play a life gain deck using {Seraph of Dawn} with {Wolfir Silverheart}
You could also do blue green with a ton of bounce like {Peel from Reality} or {Mist Raven} to bounce stuff either the opponen controls until you can get your big guys out there or to reorganize your soulbounders.
There are few more great archetypes in AVR drafting but I'm too tired to go into more detail haha.
You just need find the archetype that best matches what you want to draft and what avoids the colors the people to your sides are drafting(that way you don't screw each other over). I hate that I have to quit cause I love the game so much and was just starting to really get the hang of it...I'll still hang around the forum though! :D
{Defang} usually seems to be very annoying in drafts lately lol
