{Turn to Frog} and {Strangling Soot} or {Wretched Banquet}
{Doom blade}
{Tragic slip} would also work here.
Doom blade doesn't work on black it's kinda limited in that kind of situation whereas the OP combo is universal

While your combo takes 2 cards, doom blade is a single card

This can kill indestructible creatures and make sure Undying creatures don't come back.
But doom blade can't kill black creatures and this can

{go for the throat}
k then it can't kill artifact creatures. which this combo still can.
{turn to frog} makes it a 1/1 BLUE frog. So go ahead and {doom blade} away.

we were discussing somebody's comment who said you could just use one doom blade instead of using this combo.
