I believe that is a no.

T2: Opponent scoops (I wonder why!?!)
Turn three though
T1- infect dork
T2- land
T3- {wild defiance} 2 {mutagenic growth}
^ or
T1- land
T2- land, blighted agent
T3- land, wild defiance, 2 mutagenic growth
Same thing
T1: {Glistener Elf}
T2: {Titanic Growth} + 3 x {Mutagenic Growth}
Probability - Don't hold your breath.

Requires 1 less card and 2 less life to cast, but you need 1 forest and 1 mountain instead of forest and any 2nd land.
Still doesn't happen often, I have this deck to annoy my friends with.
Build one of the Blue Green infect decks they're turn 3 or turn 4 winners for the most part
