Title: Is a graveyard deck going to be viable in ISD block constructed?

So do you guys think that a self mill, {boneyard wurm} {splinterfright} deck will be viable at an ISD block constructed tournament?

I think it is very plausible. My friend has one and it is very good.
{Spider Spawning} should be banned.
