Open for any advice/suggestions. This gets played in a casual format with friends that usually has 4-6 players. It wins 3-4 times in 10. Just looking to see of anyone might have ideas to make it any better.

I have a mono black vamp deck that wins a lot of times unless I'm facing blue. Blue pisses me off to no end... I can post a deck list if you need some ideas.
Maybe add a few Plains since you're running 3 Sorins. Either cut Sorins or add plains
I would cut sorin and add liliana.

I'd say drop the {Bloodline Keepers} and {Captivating Vampires} and add 3 {Vampire Nocturnus}s and 3 {Bloodlord of Vaasgoth}s.

Haha exactly! Nah, Nocturnus works amazing, especially if you get a couple out. Just tricky to get ahold of that many :P
I would like to put the {Vampire Nocturnus} in but at about $20 a pop they are a bit out of budget. The other Bloodlord is an interesting suggestion. Appreciate all the suggestions so far.
I too would suggest dropping sorin loi for either the black sorin or lili.
Next thing I like your creature base, they all seem to work together.
I would also suggest adding {anowan, ruin sage} and {guul draz assassin}.
Those together with a set of {blade of the bloodchief} and you start getting some crazy big guys really quickly.

I actually pulled Anowan for Sorin LoI. As for big, I have had a Nighthawk dealing between 15-20 damage many times. At one point I had a {Nirkana Revernant} doing close to 50 thanks to Double Strike.
I might go back to the Anowan but figured since I popped all 3 Sorin might as well use them.
Seriously tho consider those blades, combine with the amount of removal in multiplayer they are seriously great.

Yeah I meant to mention those too. Now that the price has dropped I might. $2-3 isn't as bad as it was before.
