you don't have enough lands to warrant 6+ cmc cards. you're tampant growths will probably be used to go towards your 4th or 5th lands. some cards like cudgel troll and stampeding rhino are just straight up under average. cards like bountiful harvest are easily replaced by {timely reinforcements}.
overall you don't have enough fire power to win early game nor enough control to win mid or late game.

Put in {Oblivion Ring}, {Sigardia, Host of Herons} (if you can afford it [I cant])

Make it G/W Humans with {Hamlet Captain} and {Mayor of Avabruk} and {Champion of the Parish}
