Title: Suspend wolfs

If my opponent suspends a card and I have a human that can transform, does he transform because he played that spell? Does suspend count as casting?

Suspending the spell from your hand is not casting a spell. When all the time counters run out, it is cast

Suspending does not count as casting. As said in the reminder text for suspend, you exile it (not cast it).

After the suspend is done, then it is cast. But not when it is first played.
