This deck has many problems. Why the high-top end? Why 29 land? Why the Necropolis and Shrine if your deck is mono-white?

Personally I would add some creature utility and some artifact ramp.

I learned something early on in Magic and that is that you need a well rounded casting cost.  I also learned that putting almost 50% land will secure a land drop every turn but it won't help when your dead. I am not being mean but I think this deck gets pwned against any aggro deck out there.  You do have some cards to stop a small surge and this is a start.  Life gain huh throw in some {ajani's pridemate} and {Serra Ascendant} will go with the angel theme.  Also use the 1/1 clerics that gain life whenever a creature hits the board....someone help me out with the card name pls.

Also its off by a few land it's short a few cards I just honestly noticed well playing it
