Since {vampire nocturnes} is 19 dollars in m10, in m13 it will rise from $12. And personally I love jace's phantasm.
Jace's Phantasm looked as if it were uncommon, don't imagine it will be selling for all that much.
As far as prices, they might dilute from reprinting. Gotta see which dual lands come with it too.
