Title: Linking planechase 2012

Hey Piotr,
I've noticed in my own posts and in others that when we try to link new cards from planechase the links don't lead to the planechase cards.

Ie. {maelstrom wanderer} leads to a card from alara block

True. Next database update should fix it. Thanks!
