Would this also fix the Local Time readings? For example, it currently reads Black Jester and myself as having a local time of 1.27am, but he lives in Canada (correct?) and I'm in Australia where it's 11.53am the day before.

I'm bumping this to save creating a whole new thread on the same issue. But I'm wondering how close we are to getting a truth on this option?

It is currently 1141am local time, not 743pm two nights ago. The precision of local time will incredible improve the process of trading for me (and probs anyone else who isn't in USA where most users reside).
