{Equilibrium} is brilliant.

Looks like a fun deck! Would to play against it and see it in action, I bet you will get some very large Animar action

Thanks! I'm surprised it's not a more well-known thing.

I see you've added eldrazi titans in case of boardwipes good move :)

Thanks! I figured, why not? Even if I don't "need" them, I can still potentially play an Eldrazi for free. :)

Can anyone shed some light on what I'm going to be running into that could stall me out? I feel like this deck may be a bit straightforward(?) I guess. I'm worried I'll run into something pretty common that will tell my deck to GTFO.

^^ your basically talking about every possible board wipe in the game of magic. A few effects to include (some of which you already have with eldrazi) are shuffle your graveyard into your library. Stuff like {Elixir of immortality},the eldrazi titans, etc.

I'm considering adding {Evolution Vat} for shiggles. Would it be good enough to warrant a spot in my deck?

Personally, I say yes. I love that idea. It gives you a perfect something to do with any excess mana you may have lying around.

Another thing you might want to add are a few big "draw" spells. Once Animar gets big, your hand is going to run out fast with all the cheap creature casting. {Blue Sun's Zenith}, {Mind Spring}, {Minds Aglow}, and {Trade Secrets} will each refuel you hand quickly with more goodies to drop!

Yeah I noticed my hand runs out with Animar and especially with Garruk's horde out. I'm putting evolution vat in, and I think the card-drawers as well any idea on what to take out?

I'm having a ton of trouble getting Animar to stick on the battlefield once she's cast. She comes out as a 1/1, so I'm not sure how I could keep her from dying turn three. Help please?

What is it that takes her out? If its targeted destruction, shroud or hexproof are your answer. {Lightning Greaves}, {Swiftfoot Boots}, {Mask of Avacyn}, {Asceticism}, and the like will keep you protected. if a certain color is bothering you more than others, one of the miroddin swords or something else that protects you from that color will help ({sword of war and peace} if white and red and exiling or burning Animar for example)

If board wipes are your problem, the only thing you can really do is add more {cancel} type spells and hold onto as much blue mana as you can to stop them.
