If you can turn a Planeswalker into a creature, ({Gideon Jura} can do this by himself), then put a +1/+1 counter on it, then {Experiment Kraj} can actually use it's loyalty abilities! XD
You still have to pay any costs, so you can use any of the zero or plus abilities. You can activate the minus abilities as long as you have enough loyalty counters. But, since Kraj isn't a planeswalker, it doesn't die from having no loyalty counters.
Now, Kraj can only do one ability per turn, no matter whose ability he's copying. That Planeswalker must still be a creature when you put the ability on the stack.
Now, how to make a Planeswalker into a creature?
-Like I said, {Gideon Jura} can turn himself into a creature, but his abilities aren't all that useful since you can't have creatures attack Kraj.
-{Liquimetal Coating} + {Karn, Silver Golem}, you have to do this every turn. Oh darn. :(
-{Mycosynth Lattice} + {March of the Machines}. Animate everything!!! Of course, this keeps land from ever hitting the table, but hey you've got plansewalkers and a Kraj! ;D
-Similarly, {Enchanted Evening} + {Opalescence } If Enchantments are more your style.
Wow! The initial combo will definitely get use when Kiora gets released, at least in my decks.
I'm thinking of building a deck for this. Problem is, I don't have many of the pieces, and I'm working on so many decks as it is. :-\
If I were, to build is, which Planeswalkers should I include? I'm thinking:
{Karn Liberated} for his +4
{Gideon Jura} because he can turn himself into a creature
{Elspeth, Knight-Errant} because she can make everything indestructible
{Ajani Goldmane} would put a Kraj-friendly +1/+1 counter on everyone
Probably all three broken Jaces: {Jace Beleren}, {Jace, the Mind Sculptor}, and {Jace, Memory Adept}
{Tezzeret the Seeker} would work with the artifact sub-theme
Garruks might work: {Garruk Relentless} could let Kraj throw out some {Lightning Bolts} and not lose counters, but aside from that, I'm not sold on the other two.
So there you have it. Add a bunch of artifact mana, a couple of {Rings of Brighthearth} and call it a deck. 8)
Put it in a box, give it a name and I'd buy it. Agreed on Garruks. You might want a {Chandra, the Firebrand} to copy any instant/sorceries you chuck out there too.

I wanted to avoid too many colors, but considering that I don't own all that many of the cards I listed I may need to.
