Was working with more artifacts at first. Missed those before I posted. Removed.

I don't know what to say other than that this theme in an EDH deck makes me smile. I love it.

I'm not sure how the strength of sea creatures will hold up (that depends on your meta more than anything else) but I know Mentos, the Freshmaker himself is a true beast. Kraken-type creatures also scare people, especially {Deep-Sea Kraken}. {Tidal Kraken}, too.

If you want to get really silly, bring {Marjhan} to the party to eat people's attackers (4x as funny when you aren't involved in the current attack at all and CHOMP you tap your mana for a snack)

But seriously, sweet deck. It's good to see cool decks in edh instead of stupid "I combo out in a multiplayer game on turn three and and win" type deck

Ahhhh the krakens!  How could I forget to release the krakens!  Thanks guys, im glad you enjoyed the list.  This is my first EDH build your help is always appreciated! 
I've updated the list and stuck in a {chronoza} just for fun.

I agree. Fun deck. It does suck to play against someone who wins on turn three in EDH. I have a friend who mills himself turn three and wins. No fun at all.

How does he do that?

I don't know the exact combo he uses. He gets infinite mana. But the way he wins is with: {Laboratory Maniac}, {Azami, Lady of scrolls} {intruder alarm}. He pretty much gets infinite mana, plays Azami and a bunch of wizard which is his entire deck. Draws cards in till he finds the Maniac, than draws his entire deck.
