What about {wild defiance}? It goes with the theme of targeting a creature and getting an effect

Hey that sounds familiar. ;)
I suggest {ranger's guile} over turn aside. You still technically counter any kill spell, but you also "counter" creature abilities and it also pumps your creature

If you have green, rangers guile is the way to go. Turn aside is for the peeps running u/b control

I've been back and forth with {Ranger's Guile}, I see your point & I'll put it back in. Standard to tonight!

Should I take out two {titanic growth} for 2 wild defiance?
