I noticed its went up a lot recently
Why?
Cuz it's seeing a TON of play in decks like venser control
There are other things that are cheaper that do the same thing
Is it because it's a creature?
Idk. All I know is that it's seeing a lot of play
It went up cause some store put in $95 on accident I think that's what did it anyway
It's going up in value because U/W delver has been playing. The deck now runs 3 of the angels and no {invisible stalkers}.

Slow clap
Don't be a smartass, he was just linking te card for easy viewing.
As for the price, Kibler's Pod plays it as a four of and one vendor up the price to make the mid value go higher.

Maybe he was genuinely applauding someone for posting a proper link for people.

Perception is a funny thing.
Would a promo resto angel make it worth more?

Would a promo resto angel make it worth more?
I don't believe so.
Most promos are equal in value to regular.
Foils of regular tend to be worth more
Some promos are worth less than the originals. Emrakul, for example. Promos usually have more personal value to some players than they do actual money value, if that makes sense.

Most promos are worth less or the same as a regular non foil. Some are worth more like {vampire nighthawk} is worth more as promo. I think {wurmcoil engine } promos are worth more too IDK haven't checked price on it in a while.
What's kiblers pod? I wanna see this deck haha Like where can I get a deck list?
Check out the Starcity Games Nashville open series deck list. You will see why {restoration angel} has gone up

Huh? Like where?
Nevermind I found it!
Magic.tcgplayer.com the top 6 decks were All Mage blade all running the angel now. It's like caw blade all over
Yea I noticed that... But what's the kibler pod deck?

Naya pod. Kibler pod is just named after the pro Brain Kibler. He was the first pro to run the deck in a big tourney and has improved on in almost every other tourney he plays.

Ohh cool! Where's his latest version?
{Restoration Angel} has put the final nail in the coffin for {Snapcaster Mage}, a banning is imminent.
Dudecore, that's what makes sense for the value going up. Thanks.

You could also cloudshift the mage...

Have you played against resto angel? That's why the price went up.....she is awesome. Let me attack you with my fragile 2/2 {Geist of saint Traft}....you smile cuz you are fine with taking the damage from the 4/4 flyer but at least you can kill my Geist, well now right before damage step I cast {restoration angel} and flicker my Geist in and out so he stays alive. Or you attack with your big creature cuz I only have a small creature that you will kill if I block with so I assign it as a blocker then before damage step I cast resto to flicker him in and out and your, non-trample, creature swings at the air.

{Restoration Angel} is a flying 3/4 body with flash. It can hold a sword. You don't need waste space with 4 {cloudshifts} to use on your {Snapcaster Mage} or {Geist of Saint Traft}, when you can have a card with that power level.

Highly unlikely, I doubt they ban Snapcaster.

I'd say lock it up, it's a wrap. Everyone and their grandmother is playing Delver at the Grand Prix, all with Restoration Angel. Mostly all the StarCity articles are about how Delver is cheap, because of Snappy.
WotC loves banning blue cards. People have been complaining forever, and it appears as if anything {Cavern of Souls} is primarily for mana fixing. {Snapcaster Mage} will be banned before M13, I think they're tired of trying to fix him

Delver can't win if they can't do damage, that's why I'm going to play turbo fog. Maybe not at the grand prix cause I'm not going but at other tourneys I will.

Snapcaster won't be banned. It's not like {stoneforge mystic} or {jace, the mind Scuplter}. There are other decks that are good in this format. When jace or mystic were in standard you played Caw blade or you didn't win. Snapcaster doesn't do that.

WotC bans cards that dominate a format in an unfun way. It's a good card, but it's not Caw-Blade. It's not as though it is defining the format and forcing people to either play it or build specifically against it. One lowly {Torpor Orb}, and Snappy is sad. The Orb kills a great deal in this format and I would expect to see it more.
They've tried 3 times (that I can recall) to hose {Snapcaster Mage} in this block, nothing has worked. He's showing up consistently in top 16. As bad as Cawblade got, it was about half the decks that played. Delver is at least a quarter or more at this point, and {Restoration Angel} helped it more.
The hope is when the swords rotate out, that Delver blade would diminish and open the format to other decks. I don't think so. Formal {Snapcaster Mage} incoming.

Snappy may show up all over, but he can do many different things in different decks. And the gameplay is still interesting.
I don't even have a problem with {Snapcaster Mage}, I think he's a fun, flexible card. Any kind of ban wouldnt really effect me, I'll still play him casually.

He's not over powered like stoneforge mystic and batterskull, it's not like he allows you to cast anything with flashback for 0 cost then he would be, to ban snapcaster would be dumb
