I know it is budget, but I think if there is one expebsive card to get 4 of (or even 2 of) it is {Entomb}. Reanimate is like throwing pebbles in your opponent's eyes, but reanimate with entomb is like taking a giant s--- on their face!
If you can't get any entombs, get {Crystal Vein}. It is a good substitute for speed because it lets you get more mana by sacing it.

Take a look at my "I Spit on Your Graveborn" deck posted a few weeks ago. It absolutely rocks, very similar to what you have here but I may have the edge in speed, not much of one for sure. I have life gain in mine if needed.

I think {Malfegor} is a brilliant inclusion and I think I'm gonna work him into mine
