Title: Change Edition
Post by: Thiagobones on November 22, 2011, 12:41:14 PM
Hi,

Is there any way to change the edition on a card after i insert it on a deck?
My point is, i could make a .dec file with my deck on computer since it's sometimes faster if i already have it noted down but when i import it to the iMTG it works fine but does't set the edition of the card so it all came just random editions.
if i want to use the [Add missing to my Precious] feature i can't because it will insert lots of cards from random edition into my collection....
so..my question is that....if i import a .dec file, can i change the edition of the card on the deck or should i do it manually like not using a .dec file at all?

Thanks

I think deck building would be easier if it didnt show all the different editions.

Not quite... If tou build a deck thinking about the collection itself, the edition makes all the diff...
Expecially if you want to use the [add to precious] feature...

I was thinking that the app could tell you which editions you have available. If I want to add four {Llanawar Elf}s to a deck, I don't want to have to go through every edition to see which ones I have.

BJ, for that you can already use the precious lock in deck settings, right?

That's what i though....if it's just from my precious, the lock already resolves....
but if its a inclusion of new cards, it just don't help =(

I guess I need to figure out how those locks work. Wasn't I supposed to write up a tutorial?  ðŸ˜"
