Okay well. First off, put your commander in the sideboard. That will let people know who your commander is.

Next, what do you want your win condition to be?

Okay, but that means you will need stuff to put out before you can put your general out. Its going to be a while before she comes out, and if she dies or removed from the battlefield, it's going to be very tough to et her back out.

So in the mean time, find some cards that correspond to the theme you are wanting.

That's the first thing you need to think about before you build any deck.

Once you have decided you pick a general that goes with that theme. Then build off of it.

Thats usually easier.

include {KARN liberated} he fits the idea really well. I think your theme is going to be exile touch? So the kuldra set: {sword of kuldra}, {shield of kuldra}, and {helm of kuldra}
