Still need 14 cards any ideas? The idea is to throw WAY too many rats at you
Go to the Ravnica block and get {Rat Catcher}. that would be a nice touch. Oh and some resurrection+Counter spells
{Relentless rats}? btw how does this work with the singleton rule?

The unlimited relentless rats rule stated on the card overrides the singleton rule, in the same way that all card rules take precedence over the given rules set.
Any deck that cares about types, like Rat, benefits from Lorwyn-Shadowmoor Changelings. Of course, if you want rats for the aesthetical point then they don't make much sense.
Oh and dont firget a {Coat of Arms} and {Cover of Darkness}
{Typhoid Rats}. People won't want to block, so you can ninja!
In my Relentless Rats commander deck I splashed green for Bloodbond March, It is an enchantment for 2BG that says:
Whenever a player casts a creature spell, each player returns all cards with the same name as that spell from his or her graveyard to the battlefield.
So after you get most of your rats out and your opponent wraths the field, you play this and another Relentless Rats and all of the Relentless Rats that just died come back.
I added other green cards but this is the only reason I splashed green.

What is your commander? Because you can't just splash green without your commander being green

I just realized I still LOVE this deck. But it needs some up dates. Any thoughts?

Living death is a must here

Oh my. That thought never occurred to me. {living death} with a bunch of rats in the graveyard would be quite hilarious!
Isnt there a card like {Durgical extraction} except it puts those cards in the gy? That'd work great with bloodbond.
I'd consider switching your general to Nighteyes. You can play Nighteyes early and get him flipped and he takes over games immediately. With your current general, if you have enough rats for his ability to be worth it, you're probably already winning. Just my two cents, deck looks hella fun!

Why do that it EDH he can wait 5 turns and it would still be quick in game terms plus if he has like 5 rats now he had 10 and they all have fear unless your artifact or black creature heavy easy win in 3 turns in 1on1 considering 5 becomes 10, 10 becomes 20 and 20 becomes 40 on top of what he is playing from his hand
