Im taking my Esper spirit delver deck.

Omw, with my R/G Wolfsoul Ramp deck.
We're drafting tonite, but if we don't get enough people who can afford it we may run standard, probably go with a new deck my bro and I made, Wolfir bant.
I'm going with a RDW burner.
Went to FNM last night (today is now Saturday here) and we played commander.
I gave my Olivia deck to my housemate and I played my omnath.
There were only 8 of us so we played two games of 4 we were in one each.
Both games we got ganged up on by the pre-constructed decks. I had no chance, having to block lethal damage with my mana producers sucked and I died pretty easily.. More changes to be made...
Olivia on the other hand actually did quite well and held her own, but he also died first.
We played a fourth with the left overs after some went home. Another 4 player.
I used my grimgrin this time and we almost played it as us vs them. Again the pre-cons tore us appart. We were doing really well with some awesome battlefield advantage, huge creatures buffing up, etc, then one of the pre-cons played a card that pinched all our creatures and he hit us with lethal with our own creatures. :/ sigh
If it was a proper multiplayer we would have actually done better.. Stupid alliances and whatnot.

My last win was kinda funny I strapped two livewire lash to phyrexian crusader, and after swinging for six main phase 2 I hit it with my own virulent wound to splash the last 4 for a 1 turn kill lol

Did alright, 2-3 in my first FNM in sometime. Without much play testing.
I was using RUG soulbond in my playgroup Tuesday, then I was playing too slowly so I went RG with mixed results tonight.
I still don't think I miss Standard too much, lots of good decks that my home brew has no real chance of beating.

Hopefully I won't need to go to ptq. If I can take home GP I won't need qualifiers. Lucky for me, it's gonna be modern so i won't have to deal with all standard decks.

Did ok, went 3-2 with a mono red burn, won 3 boosters and pulled a entreat the angels. So all in all, pretty good
Went 6-0 using a white humans deck, first time I've ever made top 8, and I made top 4 :)
4-1 using a U/G {wild defiance} infect deck. Most games I would swing for lethal on turn four. The only match I lost was against a multi hundred dollar esper super friends control deck. I placed third.
We drafted as always. Only 8 people and EVERYBODY was trying to play Red. Ended up going 3-0 for 1st, $16 prize. Also had an EDH tournament afterwards, won that too. Only pulled a Cavern out of all my packs, which I traded (plus my prize money) for a {Sword of War and Peace}

So wait... You plan on entering a grand prix with a standard deck in a modern format? I don't know if you're familiar with modern, but even too tier standard decks don't really stand a chance.
He's entering a modern tourney to try and qualify for the next thing haha using a modern deck..he doesn't like standard that much from his postings haha

No. I plan on going to grand prix using a modern deck because it's a modern format tourney.
My first fmn ever I usemd mono green and went 1/3 I suck lol T.T
