You have no zombie creatures that pmp the oter ones and no little creatures. There is a good zombie that can be castes from the graveyard. And if your housing from grin why not the pharaoh guy? FYI every deck I've tried to use the newmikeaus in was a waste of time he's not worth it

I'm running a zombie deck as well and I'd suggest dropping {rooftop storm} and {army of the damned} to either 1 a piece or cut them out completely. {diregraf ghoul} {gravecrawler} {walking dead} {highborn ghoul} {cemetery reaper} are all great cards for this kind of deck. Get as many zombies out as you can early and let your reapers and captains pump them up.

{Undead Alchemist} has a replacement effect for Zombie damage. If you put him out, understand that now their life total is 50 (if they have 50 cards left in their deck).

Mana curve is too high, and nothing you drop can really rescue you. If you like undead alchemist, maybe add {Jace, Memory Adept} and use his 0 ability to dump cards into their GY and get zombie tokens. {Grave Titan} for non-zombie damage. {Gravecrawlers} and {Black Cats} maybe?

You gotta just try to curve better, so you have a balanced attack.

I like The idea of putting ponder in a zombie deck I might do that so I can drop zombies faster

If you run {Havengul Lich} you must also run {vessel of the endless rest} and resurrect creatures from the opponents gy. Also try running {trepanation blade}

I think he's using the undead alchemist long enough to get a bunch of zombie tokens then sacrifice the alchemist and swing for the win
