I believe he is the only Rigger in the game and there is currently no mechanic for producing contraptions.

yeah, he's apparently from the future and someday there'll be Riggers to get buffed by their long-prophecized Rigger Lord.

Wizards were probly gonna make artifact tokens (contraptions) but couldnt think of anything... Wouldve been a fun idea
