So today I realized I left my deck box at school, and nobody has seen it so I've given it up at lost. It wasn't too special but being a broke college student I had put in some money and had a play set of silverblade paladins, a pair of wolfir silverhearts, dual lands and some other cards. I'm super bummed out and I almost don't feel like putting in the time or money to rebuild another deck. Have any of you ever lost good cards or entire decks?

I lost a deck at school before, it was a pretty decent green mana ramp deck with my only good green mythics in it... :(
I've done that with other stuff and it was so long ago I don't even remember...but recently (within the past 3 years) my baby brother lost $70 worth of my games... (Fire Emblem for ds and Kirby super star ultra 😔) but I got another copy of fire emblem cause I thought it was worth it. And on a different note, everything happens for a reason! Remain tough and stuff will get better!
I've had stuff Stolen before.. If you list a deck list maybe the forum will throw in stuff to help you re-collect it with their extras!

I lost (or had it stolen, not quite sure which) a b/w spirit casual deck. Not many money cards other than a geist of st traft and 3 drogskol captains (which I'm looking for both if any1s got some for trade

Friend of mine (who I got the beta {Tundra} from) has all of them. He played when he was a kid, and didn't sleeve anything or that. They're in damaged condition. But he did get some {black lotus} and other power 9 cards when they were $15, those were in better shape (sold them to help finance his wedding).
My mother threw out 10 decks worth about 500 dollars on a cleaning rampage once.
I can sympathize with ya. What kind of deck was it?

Oh man you have no idea, my bro and I have both massed major collections and lost the whole lot, twice each. I am responsible for taking a lot of cards out of circulation. The list is too long and believe me, it would make everyone shed a tear. Have you posted a list of your deck? I may have some extra stuff laying around I can throw your way!
I want to thank everyone for your offers, it's really appreciated. I didn't even expect that by making this thread. I'll post a list of what it was tomorrow. It was a GW deck for the one who asked.
No one needs to feel obliged to help anyone, this is purely if you have extras of anything named and don't mind parting with, So don't expect anything in return except maybe an "attaboy"
If you send money cards then do so in good charity, and if yoU send uncommons/commons just know others may do the same for you one day

I would suggest a section titeled helpers in need and everybody helping gets a place in there
I don't remember what happened to a lot of my cards that I had when I stopped playing around '97 (I didn't have any Moxen or that many money cards except maybe a handful of dualies.) I did leave a Pre-release a couple years back and forgot everything I opened that day: 6 booster packs from the Sealed event, two Drafts. :'( Could've been worse, but I never got them back.
Now a good friend of mine took a cab home from our card night once (after having a little too much silly-pop) and left his entire collection in the back seat. We're talking some real money stuff: Dualies, some Moxen, completely foiled Dragon, Demon decks, easily over a thousand dollars gone. He checked with the cab company, local card shops, not one trace of the cards.
He's doin' okay, don't worry. He has his own flooring company and he's rebuilding his collection after some time away from the game.

Yea I have lost a deck before it had a playlet of Chandra's phoenix, inferno titans, argentomarmer's, storm blood berserker, goblin fire slingers, etc
