So we got 2 new planeswalkers with the new set: {Tibalt, the Firemind} and {Tamiyo, the Moonsage}. I have checked wizards.com and have found absolutely no lore about them. Anyone hear anything, or you all as clueless as me (just for this, not in general ;) ).

Though I love the lore within magic, after they stopped making novels, it's been very tough to get real lore like the old days! I miss it.

Same here. Like I said before in another thread awhile ago. WoTC have me the impression that they just randomly slapped these two down and that was it. But in retrospect (at least Tibalt wise) his spark ignited during the helvault shinaniegans, so hopefully lore is coming. But Tamiyo? C'mon, more back story.
There's a little (and I mean little) in the fatpack guide, and tamiyoe isn't about backstory, just why she's on innistrad
I herd that tybalt was locked in the hellvault and that tamiyo was on the innistrad plain to study their moon. I think I read it on wizards.com right before the set was released... Not sure tho

True enough I read that too. It just doesn't feel right ya know. I'm cool with Tibalt, he makes sense. And i actually like it.Tamiyo doesn't. Yea sure she's a planeswalker, they go all over the place. But to study the moon? To see if its made of cheese or not?!? And yes I know all the stuff about the moon being special and what not. It just seems so flimsy ya know?
She may be studying like how they were able to make the hellvault, after all, it was made from a chunk of moon. Idk tho
