Title: Intent

Does any 1 have any ideas on a goo deck that uses {intent the dreamer} as it's commander?

Hmm. Is Intet's activated ability limited to number of times he can activate it when he hits? If not, enhancing his evasion and mana pumping the living hell out of your deck seems like it could have some fun results, especially if you reduce his ability's cost with {training grounds} and {Heartstone}.  Turns him into swing for damage, and play x cards from the top of your library for free where x is blue mana at your disposal.

I'm pretty sure you can activate it as many times as you have the mana for, as long as you do it all right as he deals damage to a player and satisfies that trigger. But I've certainly been wrong before, and would be nice to double check before building around an "I -think- so" :P

You rang?

This series of Elder Dragons have one-time triggers. When they resolve, you can either pay 2U or not to get the effect. No double-dipping I'm afraid. 😢

Bah, I was afraid of that. I was wrong indeed. The good news is the dragon has red in his color, so you could still potentially use his effects multiple times a turn by adding additional combat phases and hitting multiple times with spells like {world at war} and using {hellkite charger}.
