I was wondering if it would be possible to have the app work in the background when you are doing things like update prices or offline art or updates Aka be able to run the task and be able to leave the app and come back a few minutes later instead of waiting for the task to finish and not be able to do something else.
So you can complain in the reviews that the app drains the battery like a sober Scot whisky? No way.
Seriously, it can't be done because iOS kills any app which tries to do things in the background.
What about updating art or prices while using other features of the app at least? Or update prices and imgs together?
While we're on the topic, I don't think the price update does special cards, like prerelease, Timeshifted etc.
Well, about the background internet, the newsstand downloads my magazines in background. Are u sure it cant be backgrounded?
