if I use a o-ring on (Helvault) then o-ring the first would helvault come back? O and if I use a few o-rings on creatures I control then play (worldgorger dragon) would what I o-ringed come back?

{Oblivioun Ring}
{Helvault}
{Worldgorger Dragon}
okay so your o-ringing the {helvault} then o ringing the original o ring? in this case the {helvault} would re-enter the battlefield.
however anything exiled by helvault is no longer connected to it
If you exile something with the the ring, the objects exiled (except tokens) will come back when the rings leave the BF. So yes, if you {World Gorger}, you'll get back the things from the rings.
FYI two Orings (one exiling the other) and a Worldgorger can create an indefinite loop of all your stuff coming and going.
That could be fun

Especially with all the ETB effects in the Innistrad block.

I prefer to use indefinite or unlimited for loops you can stop and infinite ones you can't. It's a small difference and not a big deal, just terminology.

What the point of the infinite loop?
An infinite loop with no choices and no end causes a tie.
Oh awesome!!!!

Or toss in a {Murderous Redcap} FTW
