delver would work here rather nicely

 {Think Twice} it won the avacyn restored pro tour. It lets you miracle on their turn. Or that tap a creature draw a card card from avacyn. It would work well with Tamiyo

do remember the pro-tour was block constructed. there are a couble of better options in standard.

i'd ditch the ponder and add either gitaxian probe or thought scour or both

Sideboard?

ponder is meh with miracles because you won't get immediate use from the miracles and you also telegraph what you're doing. the instant speed draw that has been mentioned may be hit or miss but you are actually increasing your chances of miracling.
