This deck is going all mana ramp with no eldrazi spawn and it works pretty well. I am trying to get an Ulamog and an Akroma's Memorial or two. Just wanting to see if anyone has any other ideas or tips.
Have a look at my eldrazi surprise deck in modern to see how I ramped.
Drop the green and replace with urzatron. Add {expedition map} to search for the missing urza lands or another {Cloudpost}.
I'd keep some green, add mana dorks, Prime Time, and moar Garruks.
Wally, I really like the idea of using Blinkmoth Urn and myrs, etc. And I'm trying to get a hold of some more Garruks haha. I would love to run some Prime Titans, but I gotta find someone willing to trade them first :/. I actually didn't even think of using expedition map, but I may try that out.
Also {tooth and nail} is a great way to drop two big guys out for 9 rather than having to ramp all the way for one :)

I've often wondered about using tooth and nail. I think I will try to find some haha.

That defeats the purpose of eldrazi. Reanimator is an ETB effect deck. Eldrazi are when they're cast effect deck. So if you're not casting them it's just a waste

That's all well and good, but their stats still make them good targets (those that don't get reshuffled).
Oh right the eldrazi titans don't work in a frites deck because of their ability.. Wow I feel incredibly smart :p
A rites deck would be fun, bit, I don't have the cards to pull something like that off effectively :(. I threw in 4 Expedition maps and they work quite well. I'm trying to get a hold of at least 1 Tooth and Nail still. Anyone have a cheap way of mana ramping more quickly than I have it? I'm looking to boost this deck, but at the moment, I don't have the money for all the cards I want and the two card shops close to me didn't have what I need anyway :p
Elves are a pretty cheap, fast and reliable source of mana
