Are there any other good combos like

I've been looking for combos like this that are just as easy pull off but can't come up with any of the top of my head
how do you define "easy to pull off"? There are 17 pages (as I write this) of various combos to look through.
The combo I posted I've pulled off on turn 3 for the win, just looking for more early game domination type combos
He would like to win NOW, and easily, please. {Tinker}+{Blightsteel Colossus}.
{Dark Ritual} + {Entomb} a {Griselbrand} + {Exhume}. Game.
{Seat of the Synod} + {Sol Ring} + {Tinker} the Seat for {Blightsteel Colossus}. Game.
{Black Lotus} + {Channel} + {Fireball}. Game.
If that's not fast enough for you:
Hulk Flash
{Gemstone Caverns} and {Simian Spirit Guide}/{Elvish Spirit Guide} + {Flash} a {Protean Hulk} to get 4x{Disciple of the Vault} + {Blood Artist} + 4x{Shifting Walls} + 4x{Phyrexian Marauder} + any other (0) creatures left in your deck.
Target opponent loses 40 life before their first draw phase. You gain 8, but really, that's just gravy on the side.
The problem with winfast combos? Better have the perfect opening hand. ;)

Hulk Flash is freakishly easy to pull off. You just need Gemstone (4/60 or 1:15), one elvish or simian guide (8/60, or 1:7.5), a Flash (1:15) and either a Hulk or {Summoner's Pact} (1:7.5).

I forgot to mention {Blighted Agent} + {Blazing Shoal} tossing a {Progenitus}.
You can do a Standard version of {Tinker} with {Shape Anew} the {Inkmoth Nexus} artifact creature and get your only other Artifact, {Blightsteel Collosus}

Yep, or a golem made by Splicers (which indecently boost your Blightsteel.)

Correction: If you use {Inkmoth Nexus} instead of the agent, you can win turn two. The agent is essentially your Nexi 5-8.

I love using {Berserk} and {Tainted Strike} type spells in multiplayer. "Oh you're attacking him with your 12/12 nasty guy? I'll {Berserk} it, and it dies."
I think the {sundial of the Infinte} would save your own creature if you used {berzerk} on him and wanted to keep him around for a bit longer. The oracle text says at beginning of next end step is why I say that.

First turn win every time I've used it.

I have a beta {berserk}, but one of the corners got burnt. :(
I think infect is the cheapest and unskilled ways to win. Can't wait till they get rid of it. :D
