Looks extremely good. I dont have much delver experience so im sorry I can not give you much advice.

Take out {Gitaxian probe} and chose between {Dismeber} and {gut shot}. That's a lot life lose. Going up against a lot of the other decks now wolf run ramp and r/g aggro eat this deck alive.

I'd side the {thought scour} until you play another deck that runs {ponder}.

{thought scour} is good for milling your self for the {runechanters pike}, {snapcaster Mage}, and {moorland haunt}. In this kind of build you don't mind milling your self.

Yeah that makes sense. I run {midnight haunting} and {timely reenforcements} in my main instead.

Edit:  I'd up the lands too, maybe another {moorland haunt} and a single {plains}
