{Gideon jura} + {Avacyn angel of hope}. Their Creatures stay tapped forever. Nuff said
I feel mana being drained by the seconds thoughts good thoe
I don't think this works. Gideon will still take damage on their turn even if he is indestructible, therefore his loyalty counters will be reduced and he will go to the GY. An indestructible permanent is only saved by lethal damage to P/T but if an effect would reduce the P/T, or loyalty counters in this scenario, then it will go to the GY.

this
306.8. Damage dealt to a planeswalker results in that many loyalty counters being removed from it.
306.9. If a planeswalker's loyalty is 0, it's put into its owner's graveyard. (This is a state-based action. See rule 704.)
This.
so "prevent all damage enchanted creature is dealt" stop his loyalty from going down?

Prevention will work, indestructibility won't.
Better off with {conjurer's closet} plus {stonehorn dignitary}.
