Is {otherworld atlas} worth t to put in a deck? I get to draw a card, but so do my oppents. Doesn't seem that good to me IMO
I have a slight belief that this has ties to an upcoming set. I've had it used on me, te key is to use it on your opponents end step for 7 or so. He got to that by using proliferate cards.

Makes sense cause Dack travels between innistrad and ravnica..
Kinda costly, rare, unwieldy...I don't like it.
Has milling applications, can be good in multiplayer "Owling Mine" decks ({Howling Mine} {Ebony Owl})
On the plus side, you can totally replenish your hand mid-late game for 0 mana on your turn. Could be enough to win in some decks.
Maybe they're Bringing back turbo fog as a contender!
Wouldn't mind one of my opponents using it in their commander decks, lol

I'm going to start work on a Slow-fog for my group. ;D Something like {Constant Mists} + {Crucible of Worlds}. Not saying I'm a genius... I just like decks to use when I want to be annoying. >:D
I'm gonna use it in blue black mill with {Decent into Madness} :D
