At FNM is it legal to use an old print of a card if it has been reprinted in Standard? Example could I use an M11 Titan?

You could use a Beta {Llanawar Elf} if you want. As long as the card has the same name as a card currently in the format you can play it. You just need to be sure that it can be distinguished from other cards. That is, if you arent using sleeves, you can't play one obviously worn {Birds of Paradise} for example.
Yes, you may use any card as long as it has a version in standard. So feel free to use your old {birds of paradise} or any other card.
No it is against the rules. Feel free to donate all of your alpha and beta cards to Coffee Vampire. ;D
There are a lot of cards that have great old arts that people use instead because the new art is weak. Such as the amazing Visions {Incinerate}

Wizards would probably be hated on if old cards werent legal. Like, you just come back to the game and you see that you cant use anything in your deck but there are reprints and you cant use your own copies
