So I came up with a nonland permanent board wipe. Casting a {sudden disapperance} and then ending the turn right away with {sundial of the infinite}. But an other player says that since the card says return them during the beginning "next end step", then the permanents will enter the battle field during the next end step which is during my opponents turn.
Ex: i cast sudden disapperance and end turn with sundial of the infinite. Opponent goes, at his end step, he then gets back the permanents.
Is this what really happens or are the permanents completely {AWOL}
All abilities on the stack are exiled, there for they don't get them back...and many others have already brought it up weeks ago...
You have to time it right. Since it is a one time trigger that happens at the "beginning of the next end step", you need to wait until it gets put on the stack first.
If you end the turn with the trigger on the stack, it'll get removed and never happen again.
But if you end the turn before it triggers, it'll hang around until the next end step, your opponents.

So does this work with all end of turn triggers? Such as {archwing dragon}? So if you did this with the dragon it wouldn't ever go back to your hand?
The reason this works is because sudden disappearance is cleared off the stack. There is nothing left to say return permanents. Now the dragon his ability is always in play. Soon as you set him down his ability says return to hand at end of turn.
