So {Havengul lich} + {Rooftop storm}?
does it work like from the hand and lets me pay.just the 1 mana any number of times for any number of creatures?
I believe so, yes, provided the targeted creature in a graveyard is a zombie, it is subject to {rooftop storm} since you are still casting it. Just pay the lich's 1 mana to target it.
It's funny how I see players use {Havengul Lich} only for the cheap resurrection, but they don't quite use his second ability : it gains the cards activated abilities as well.

I just sleeved a deck using both his reanimation and activated abilities.
I keep forgetting that he lets you cast from ANY graveyard.

Sounds like he'd be good to use with {snapcaster Mage} too
