Yeah... Jester, what were the results?
the results were that {Jester's Cap} won, so he sent the prizes to MaRo and that was that.
The Jester has been spending all of his available free time (what little there is) sifting through dozens of pages and threads on this forum trying to make sure it's properly mod'ed.
Maintaining absolute authority is somewhat time consuming around here.
Rest assured the results ARE being tabulated as I write this. Patience, patience.

Is the winning card going to get a limited pressing? A friend of mine can print B&W proxies onto real MtG cards, but it's been a few years since he's done it. He used to play Tournaments like crazy, and play tested everything in preparation.

I feel awful that it has been taking so long, peeps. I've been having to bring work home with me and some of the writeup I did got erased.
I have a print out of the submissions beside me and I'm trying to create something worth the wait. I'll be honest, I have an important work deadline for Monday, but I'm hoping to give you all some peeks soon.
