Could I use a deck of alternate art proxies of cards in a santioned tournament if I have the real cards right next to me?
I think that depends on the judge.

I really like making my deck original with art proxies ( I wanted to make a thread about it )
But at my FMN some people blubber ( I don't know if it's the good words lol) because some on my card are more thick than the original .. They said i could cheat and bla bla bla ...
I just find it sad when It took me around 20h making my proxy on photoshop , de-inking my foil and I couldn't event play with it .. So next time I would make my deck entirely of proxy art so they couldn't blubber :)

Dude....teach me....I wanna make an alt art foil Gisela so badly!
You can use alt. art cards, but not proxies. The cards must show the name of the card and text box. Also you can't use 3d cards.
Aren't all the cards 3d? Apart from online of course.

3d cards are cards with many layers used to achieve a sense of depth. they end up being alot thicker than the refular card
However, 3d cards look soooooo sweet
