With that much tutoring, I'd drop down to two copies of {Rooftop Storm} since multiples are useless.  Maybe replace them with more control elements since you can go nuts with them if you pop Tammy.

{Go for the throat} more useful than a doom blade

I like{ tribute to hunger} and {barter in blood} better than {go for the throat} and {doom blade} mainly cause they don't target creatures so you can take out hexproof and TTH gives you life and it's fun to have a tragic slip and have four mana open on the end of their turn and TTH them, they take out one of their weak guys and you use {tragic slips} morbid for -13/-13

I like verdicts more because they can be played a turn early plus it makes your opponent lose life which is better then life gain. Anything to make your opponent lose faster is a plus in my books.

i carry 2 Blades and 2 Verdicts. The thing is is cards like Verdicts are only useful if they have ONE creature. Then they must sac that one.
