I don't know which to get!
I would get the U/W deck. {Phyrexian Metamorph}, {mirran crusader}, 2 {glacial fortress}, and so on......yea that would be what I get. The black deck has {surgical extraction}, {gravecrawler}, {geralf's messanger}, and some other goodies too but I think there is more value in the U/W deck.
Get it now while you have a good chance to get it at MSRP.

In contrast, I would pick up the zombie deck. It's better suited post-rotation.
Both decks seem pretty dreadful, I don't know that I'd play either.
