This deck just doesn't work at all, I want some tips on how to make it more an affective kill library deck. I don't even know if it will work even when it's better.
There is some potential in a kill library deck but you need some stronger creatures otherwise you could get beat.
Maybe make a more recurring motif across card abilities, even if it's as simple as basing on Flying or as direct as putting more 'Tap target creature' in there. I just can't work out a definite tactic in your deck, and a tactic is what a deck need to Hulksmash the competition. 😊

Not true. This deck rr bought from inisstrad and modified it. Rr thought it was amazing when i vs him.

Again, remake it with a continuous battle plan or tactic.
