This is my obligatory {Jace, Memory Adept} suggestion. Anytime I see a mill deck without him, I recommend him. For 5 mana you mill 10 cards. If no one stops you, next time you mill another 10.

How about using {blue suns zenith} to keep drawing cards and discarding the excess, this will also help you get your win con guy into your hand and enough land to play it. :)

I'd say only 2 or 3 Phantasms, 4 doesn't mill you enough

You lose, I {Lightning Bolt}ed my friends after he finaly pulled of the mill yourself part. He used {Mental Misstep} (we were playing casual) and I responded with a second lightning bolt.😜

But he's sooooo boring.
Powerfull yes! But i prefer more creative solutions! :D
Wont deny that i use him in my blue pure mill deck when i really just want to win ^^
