Just threw it together in a matter of around two hours and its been doing pretty well so far.

The arbitor would be my choice of commander. That way the giest is just WU. And the angel (if im correct) is 2 less.

I'd go with arbitor and I'd add more fetch an duel lands

I do always choose the Arbiter, but choice is good.
