Whenever I start the app up I get a notification that there is a database update available. I hit the yes button, then the app opens up the store page, (totally unexplained that you need the imtg server to get on time, consistent updates by the way, I had to Google it to figure it out. You might want to add that so people know what to purchase when the store tab opens up. It's pretty unclear as it stands.) Anyways, once I figured out what I had to get from the store, I bought the 99 cent 1 month subscription, just to get the latest database version. However the database never updated, and when I restart the app it asks me if I want to update again, and clicking yes brings me to the store again. I figured that they transaction for the month of imtg server access didn't work so I tried to buy it again, but it told me that I had already bought it, and could renew the subscription. So I checked my bank account, no transaction for the 99 cent purchase went through, even though my iTunes payment info is current and correct. Help would be appreciated, I am trying to give you guys money after all :)
Well I got it to work. I guess apple's servers were down yesterday so the in app purchase never went through. Everything worked fine this morning though!

I am unable to assist with these issues directly because I would be interfering in the legal relationship between the end customer of software license and software reseller who is responsible for payments. My apologies but this is the reality of the regulated market.
