Could you be a little more specific? There are literally dozens of blue and white fliers out there. Big? Small? Abilities? Just do a search on Angel or Sphinx.
Or better: select blue and white in filter, turn on exclude unselected, click to search by text and put flying in it. It will come up with every mono blue, mono white or blue and white card with flying(and sometimes something related to flying, but skip those

Look around for a card named Serra Angel. This a basic card about angels, if u want something more powerfull, just contact me.
I don't know about blue, but in my experience, griffins are good flying white creatures.

{Pride of the Clouds} is a pretty awesome U/W flyer lord.
Come to think of it, there a card named {Archon of Redemption} that might be good too.
Although the card itself isn't flying, {Geist of Saint Traft} would probably help.
