Title: Sacred wolf
Post by: Mtgnewb on May 04, 2012, 09:42:50 PM
My opponent is attacking me with Village Survivors (4/5 with vigilance).....if I block with sacred wolf, will vigilance still allow village survivors to untap?

It shouldn't have tapped to attack in the first place. The blocker is irrelevant.

Hexproof just protects against 'target' spell. Deathtouch Doublestrike Trample Vigilance are static (passive) abilities

Yeah the villagers dont need to tap to attack.
Yeah I also get confused sometimes about
-static abilities
-activated abilities and
-trigger abilities.
Can somebody give an example for trigger and activated?

Activated is "(cost):(ability)"
Trigger uses "if", "when", or "at".
