Any suggestions or thoughts are greatly appreciated!

{delver of secrets} is a good card for tempo lists such as this!

Personally I'd cut tasi down to 2 because it's budget and you don't have fetches which contribute to his delve properties. I'd have 4 delver of secrets, make a few cuts to your spells and possibly add a single {keranos, god of the storm} to the deck as well!
